For account access, memberships, gifts, billing or a problem using Shared.pet, email support@shared.pet. You can use this address even if you cannot sign in.
Privacy questions
For questions about personal information, or an access, correction or deletion request, email privacy@shared.pet. Tell us what you would like to do and the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before making account changes.
What to include
A short description of what happened, the page you were using and any relevant receipt reference will help. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, secret keys or unnecessary medical or identity documents. Ask us before sending sensitive attachments.
Safety concerns
Signed-in members can report a concern through the Safety page. If you cannot sign in, use support@shared.pet. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services. For urgent animal-health concerns, contact a veterinarian. Shared.pet email and reports are not an emergency-response service.
Accessibility and other questions
If a page or feature is difficult to use, tell us what would help. You can also contact support@shared.pet about a partnership or an accessible copy of our information.
